THE CONTRACT

PRICING, AVAILABILITY AND ORDER PROCESSING

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. RESELLING CARTUP PRODUCTS

Reselling Cartup products for business purpose is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized resellers may face legal consequence.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

• Stock availability: The orders are subject to stock availability.
• Delivery Timeline: In side Dhaka Metro: 1 to 5 days. Outside Dhaka: 3 to 7 days. The delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be followed by Cartup. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure event which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc.
• Cancellation: Cartup reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch for various reasons, including mispricing, out-of-stock items, or technical errors.
• Refund Timeline: Canceled orders will be refunded within 7-10 working days, with adjustments for any received cashback. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. If exceptional circumstances arise, the processing time may be extended, and any cashback amounts received will be adjusted against the refund.
• You confirm that the products or services ordered are for personal use and not for resale. You authorize us to declare this purpose to any governmental authority if needed. Orders exceeding typical individual consumption quantities may be canceled.
