1. TERMS & CONDITIONS (টামস & ক শন) To ensure a seamless warranty service experience, customers must adhere to the following claim requirements:   Documentation: Customers must present the Original Money Receipt and the Product Box featuring the Official Warranty Sticker. Verification: The receipt must clearly show the Customer’s Name, Phone Number, and Date of Purchase. Missing or altered information will void the claim. ওয়ােরি সািভ স হেণর জন অবশই য় রিশদ (Money Receipt) এবং ওয়ােরি ি কারযু পেণর ব দশ ন করেত হেব। রিশেদ তার নাম, মাবাইল ন র এবং েয়র তািরখ ভােব উে খ থাকেত হেব। কােনা তথ অস ূ ণ বা পিরবিত ত থাকেল দািব হণেযাগ হেব না।   ওয়ােরি Replacement Policy: Defective products will be replaced a maximum of one (01) time within the warranty period. Warranty Expiry: Once a product is replaced, the warranty coverage for that specific purchase ends immediately. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS (ওয়ােরি বিহভূত শতসমূহ) This warranty does not cover damages resulting from the following conditions: Category Description / িববরণ Physical Damage Scratches, dents, cracks, or chips caused by dropping or improper handling. ( ভাে জ সমসা, ব পাত বা িবদু ৎ পিরবত েনর কারেণ িত) Liquid & Fire Exposure to water, moisture, fire, or natural disasters. (পািন, আন বা াকৃ িতক দুেয ােগর কারেণ িত) Unauthorized Access Removal of serial numbers or repairs attempted by unauthorized service centers. (িসিরয়াল ন র মুেছ ফলা বা অনুেমািদত সািভ স স ার ছাড়া মরামেতর চ া) Misuse Usage in a commercial setting or using the product for unintended purposes. (বািণ জক ববহার বা অননুেমািদত ববহােরর কারেণ িত) Consumables Natural degradation of Battery Health and normal wear and tear. (বাটািরর াভািবক য় এবং ববহােরর ফেল িত) Accessories Free or additional items provided with the purchase are not covered. (ি বা অিতির পণ ওয়ােরি র অভ নয়) 3. IMPORTANT SERVICE NOTES    Timeline: Warranty service typically takes 7–10 business days, subject to product availability. Stock Availability: In the event that a unit cannot be repaired and a replacement is out of stock, customers will be offered an exchange for another product of equivalent MRP.
