- Coconut milk powder is manufactured from fresh coconut milk or cream which has been evaporated by a process called spray-drying to form a fine, white powder. Much like milk powder, it can be instantly dissolved in water and used in any recipe that calls for coconut milk. It is also a healthier and dairy-free option, making it the perfect alternative to dairy-based milk for vegans, people with lactose intolerance and other consumers.
A must-have in every kitchen, Ceylon Naturals’ organic coconut milk powder has a delectably nutty aroma and a distinctively rich, creamy flavour identical to that of fresh coconut milk. Blending in with any dish, Ceylon Naturals’ coconut milk powder leaves no lumps in the food and can add a touch of island magic to any dish. This product is easy to store, use, has a prolonged shelf-life, and is free of any foreign odours or flavours that interfere with its pure coconut taste.
