• Tea Facts. Grown in Anhui Province, a region widely recognized for the quality and variety of its Chrysanthemum flowers. Flowers are harvested, then heat dried. No additives, such as sodium, were used in the preparation of the flowers to brighten or enhance their coloration. Chrysanthemum flowers are wonderful served as a hot beverage with food, and will aid in digestion. It is also served as a refreshing & cooling beverage in hot weather. The flowers are often blended with a ripe or cooked Pu-erh leaf to make a traditional summer tea drink.
