Upper made from Jacquard-finished mesh, very light and breathable thanks to the perforations that optimise sweat ventilation and allow air circulation inside the shoe. The advanced VTS technology incorporated improves breathability and comfort, reducing heat build-up inside the shoe. It ensures the foot stays cool and comfortable throughout your training or competition.

They incorporate the JOMA SPORTECH heat-sealed fitting system. The ergonomic collar achieves better adaptability.

The R-3000's CARBON PLATE technology provides exceptional performance by maximising propulsion on each stride. Its rigid structure optimises energy transfer, allowing a faster, more efficient stride. This technology minimises muscular fatigue by reducing the effort required on each run, enabling runners to maintain performance for longer.

FLY REACTIVE midsole with a 6 mm drop. This lightweight material provides an impulse to the runner and absorbs impacts to smooth the stride.
